Her first visit to Aspen in 2000, while studying Industrial Engineering, left a lasting impression. Captivated by the valley’s extraordinary beauty, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong sense of community, she ultimately chose to build her life and career here.

Giovanna’s professional foundation was built in banking and luxury hospitality, industries where exceptional service, attention to detail, and financial insight are essential. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and rose to the role of Director of Services at the Hyatt Residence Club Grand Aspen, where she was honored with the Club of Excellence Silver Star Worldwide Award for her leadership and performance.
